Materials & Indemnity

Clients represent and warrant that all designs, artworks, branding assets, specifications, and materials shared with Freeway are owned by the client or appropriately licensed for manufacturing use.

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Freeway, its owners, employees, contractors, and associated partners from claims, liabilities, damages, or legal disputes arising from:

Intellectual property infringement
Unauthorized material usage
Trademark or copyright disputes
Regulatory violations connected to client-provided materials

This indemnity survives the completion or termination of projects.
