A Legal Disclaimer

As Freeway operates primarily on customized manufacturing, private label production, and made-to-order programs, all confirmed orders are subject to production allocation, material sourcing, and operational commitments once approved by the client.

Refund eligibility may vary depending on:

  • Stage of production

  • Customized development status

  • Sampling approvals

  • Fabric sourcing commitments

  • Bulk manufacturing progress

  • Shipment status

Freeway reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis in accordance with agreed commercial terms, approved specifications, and production commitments.

Refund Policy - The Basics 

Refunds are generally not applicable for:

  • Approved bulk production orders

  • Customized products

  • Client-approved samples

  • Special fabric sourcing programs

  • Organic-certified custom developments

  • Orders delayed due to pending client approvals

Refund or adjustment requests may be considered only in cases involving:

  • Verified manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect production against approved specifications

  • Operational non-fulfillment directly attributable to Freeway

Any claims regarding defects, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported within a reasonable period following delivery.

Review & Resolution

To review a refund, replacement, or resolution request, clients may be required to provide:

  • Order details and invoice references

  • Product images or defect documentation

  • Quantity discrepancy details

  • Packaging or shipment references

Freeway may assess claims through internal quality review and production verification processes before determining appropriate resolutions, which may include:

  • Product replacement

  • Production correction

  • Credit adjustments

  • Partial commercial settlement where applicable

Approved resolutions will be communicated based on the nature of the request, production stage, and mutually agreed commercial understanding.
