  • All delivery timelines provided by Freeway are estimated and may vary depending on production schedules, material availability, approvals, shipping carrier operations, customs processes, force majeure events, or other factors beyond operational control.

  • Freeway shall not be held liable for delays caused by:


  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Port congestion or carrier delays

  • Natural events or disruptions

  • Delayed approvals from clients

  • Changes in order specifications after confirmation

  • Supplier or logistics interruptions

  • Shipment risk transfer terms shall be governed by mutually agreed commercial terms, including FOB, CIF, or other applicable export arrangements.

Shipping Policy - The Basics 

All orders are processed following production approval, quality inspection, packing verification, and dispatch scheduling.

Shipping timelines may vary based on:

  • Product category

  • Order quantity

  • Fabric sourcing requirements

  • Organic certification programs

  • Custom trims, packaging, or branding

  • Export destination

Freeway supports both domestic and international shipments and works with approved logistics and freight partners for reliable dispatch coordination.

Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of shipping details, import documentation requirements, and destination compliance obligations.

Processing &
Co-ordination

Our shipment workflow includes:

  • Production planning

  • Quality control inspections

  • Packing and carton verification

  • Export documentation preparation

  • Freight coordination and dispatch management

Tracking details and shipment updates may be shared once dispatch is completed, subject to carrier availability and shipment type.

For bulk export programs, dedicated shipment coordination may be arranged depending on order scale and client requirements.
